2dae was the 3rd dae of inter-school, but 2dae was poomsae-primary section. went for my sw volleyball in da morning 1st, den afterdat, went to regent str8 taking 170 there via stagmont. hahas.
after i reached, i was told to help out the contestant gathering area, so i went to signed up as helper and gt a shirt. and took over shai's duties as she had to coach.
however, wad i did not noe is dat that the duties im taking over is gonna be dam tough. i'll tell u why.. TT
at 1st, there were 2 stations, A and B, and i was told to follow according to the paper and send contestants out as shown on da paper i have. den came the 3rd station, it was opened. and sooooo, sum amendments were made. and we were told to follow the amendments and send out ppl, THEN, came the big problem. both mr lees were discussing which to use, go by bouts or if station empty, juz send another bout with the same station, nt caring the order of bouts, and finally, i was told that we folo by order of bout, coz thats more easier to handle, lols. and nobody told me dat i had to update the TA ppl which bout im sending out, and thus i gt scolded alot of times b4 i learnt and gt it rite. lols. that 1 ok, nt much thing, hahas, and after i learnt how to update the TA about the bout list, came the semi finals, and i gt scolded agn due to lag of infomation on who got into the semi finals, in short, updated list of who gt into semi and who did not.. after dat i found out why i din have the updated lists.. =.= lu si did not pass me the updated list after he had marked attendence... starting i did nt noe, but later, i told him to pass it to me once attendence is confirmed, BUT, he did nt listen... he still kept the paper to himself.. =.= thats where the problem arises.. the whole thing cocked up. i was soooo busy running here and there getting info, updating TAs, and in da end, i learnt to take charge of everything in da contestant area, so i told some regent helpers who were helping me to juz make sure that seats were filled, juz leave everything other things to me, will update dem on wad to do, if not, da way dey splitted thnigs up and do, no communication was done and it became disorganised and problems arises eventually.. lols..
i found that out when i came back from lunch break and took over.. lols. was practically running here and there, here and there.. dam tired.. was on my feet the whole day long.. hardly had time to rest.. hope tml will be a better day. hahas
